This special edition from NEC sports 15.4-inch WXGA display, an AMD Turion CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, DVD+RW and couple of USB ports to plug other Hello Kitty devices. Earth Trek released 2-in-1 rotary multi-card reader that reads SD/MS/Micro SD (T-flash) cards and can also be used in order to charge your mobile phone. As company claims 2-in-1 rotary multi-card reader has unique patent, turning connector that offers flexibility to insert memory cards vertically. Nothing revolutionary but very useful if you have whole bunch of memory cards in everyday usage.

According to Madbox PC AMD has released couple low end graphic cards for users who doesn’t care about playing Crysis. The Radeon HD 3450 card is based on the RV620 core, running at 525MHz, with 256MB RAM and VGA plug to accompany the DisplayPort. The HD 3470, for $60, running as 600MHz and 512MB of RAM and DVI, while the HD 3650 based on the RV635 core, for $100, sports 800MHz with 512MB of RAM. This trio should be fine choice if you are cool with watching HD video and managing everyday tasks on your computer without any special gaming desires.

12-25-07-amd-logo.jpgSomewhere this year AMD announced that new triple-core Phenoms will be shipped next year and now DigiTimes reports that the B2 stepping Phenom 8400 (2.1GHz) and 8600 (2.3GHz) will be in stores in March, while the B3 stepping 8700 (2.4GHz), 8650 (2.3GHz) and 8450 (2.1GHz) will be loosed sometime in second quarter of 2008. Of course you can expect more news next month.
