12-25-07-amd-logo.jpgSomewhere this year AMD announced that new triple-core Phenoms will be shipped next year and now DigiTimes reports that the B2 stepping Phenom 8400 (2.1GHz) and 8600 (2.3GHz) will be in stores in March, while the B3 stepping 8700 (2.4GHz), 8650 (2.3GHz) and 8450 (2.1GHz) will be loosed sometime in second quarter of 2008. Of course you can expect more news next month.

Averatec announced new 12.1 inch 2500 laptop model with not so impressive style but good specifications. Inside the hub you will find 2GHz AMD Turion 64 processor, 2GB of RAM, 160GB hard drive, ATI’s Radeon X1270 graphics, a dual-layer DVD burner, a 1.3 MP webcam and Windows Vista preinstalled and weighting 3.9 pounds. Still no info about price.

Hannuri Biz shows new vividly designed X10 e-dictionary and multimedia player. So, this dictionary can also playback music and videos, and you will find image and text viewer, voice recorder and USB connectivity. Rechargeable battery will give up to 14-hours work time and there is external LCD with playback controls for ease music managing. No words about price yet.

Latest PMP from SAFA is small and thin device and comes in black, red or white combinations. Player features 1.8 inch LCD, built in games, voice recorder, image viewer and rechargeable Li-ion for up to eight hours of playback. MP3, WMA, WAV, APE and FLAC file formats are supported and prices are between $95 for 1GB and $116 for 2GB storage capacity.

As Japanese newspaper Yomiuri reported Panasonic will unveil amazing 150 inch plasma TV at CES 2008 next month. Apparently corporate fight for biggest flatscreens next year will be fierce. So far Sharp has a throne with 108 inch wide plasma TV and we’re eagerly anticipating to see this new 150 incher from Panasonic.

In the wild digital photo frames market we’ve seen everything but this new Brando’s model is quite exceptional. With just 16MB of internal memory, that is enough for about 32 photos by the way, this model offering 2.4 inch frame with 320 x 240 resolution panel, built-in Li-ion battery and USB port. And don’t forget that you have a choice of transparent or heart-shaped frames. Seriously who would even look at this photo frame for $45 bucks?

Danish Zepto announces two new Helios series LCD TVs. First model Helios A32 supports max 1,366 x 768 resolution with integrated wireless media center, 2,000:1 contrast ratio, 8ms response time, DVB-T tuner and twin analog tuners, PIP support and the firms own ambient lighting system and an internal amplifier for speakers. Other model 40 inch Helios A40 has almost same specs as A32 with 1,920 x 1,080 panel. Prices are $3,08 for A32 and $3,857 for A40 and will be available next month.
