According to various sources, Microsoft decided to postpone Vista SP1 release for at least three more weeks. We don’t have much info about this except that some rumors say new date is February 15 and that Microsoft declined to comment on the date beyond reiterating the software would be available in the first quarter of 2008. Stay tuned for more info.

Available at Sony web store for $3,300 in pre-order.

In the endless race for world thinnest TV Sharp just took first place. New AQUOS X series is just 34.4-mm (1.35-inch) thin and comes in 46, 42 and 37 inch models. Beside the thickness those models features 120MHz panel, 15,000:1 dynamic contrast, 450 cd/m2 brightness, and 12-bit BDE color value rendering for great image quality. Also there are 1-bit digital amplifier, 3-way 8-speaker system, and collection of connectors including 3x 1080p HDMI 1.3a inputs, DVI for your PC, Ethernet, and Firewire. The price is still unknown but this fantastic series will be available this March in Japan.
