Panasonic has announced new Toughbook 19, Convertible Tablet PC that will feature Intel Core 2 Duo U7500 processor with 1 GB SDRAM, 80GB hard disk, 10,4 inch touchscreen display as well as 10.4 inch Tablet Display version with 1024 x 768 (XGA) resolution. There is also battery good for about seven hours of up-time, optional integrated WWAN/GPS and 2 megapixel webcam and a magnesium alloy case. Looks like machine almost impossible to destroy. Curious about price? Well, $3,199 and up depending on your choices.

HP continues to stuff Penryn chips into its notebooks and this time we see refreshed business models the 8510p, 8510w, 8710p and 8710w laptops with 2.1GHz T8100, 2.4GHz T8300, 2.5GHz T9300 or 2.6GHz T9500 processors as choice. Of course new smaller and faster processors will cash you more that usual but it is latest technology so what do you expect?

Intel finally resolved the mystery about its notebook project today in Malaysia. The device, 2go PC, is 7 and 9 inch low end model on Intel Celeron M processor and 915GMS chipset, sport 512MB of RAM, 40GB hard drive, 802.11b/g, SD/MMC card reader and webcam. System will be Windows XP with Linux flavor as option. The 2go PC is mainly designed for kids so it has water-resistant keyboard. You can get your own 2go PC in next 60 days for $400 dollars price tag.
