Yoto has shown new PMP model M300 with wide WQVGA screen featuring 400 x 240 resolution and support for AVI, DIVX, MPEG4, RM, XVID, RMVB, FLV, MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE, JPEG, GIF, and BMP files. First reports say there are some compatibility issues and that M300 is configured for Windows 2000 and Windows XP only, also no touchscreen. But who cares, this PMP is available in Japan for still unknown price.
DViCO has announced its new dual HDTV tuner card, FusionHDTV7. This PCI-Express card is the world’s first dual HD tuner PCIe card that will work perfectly with digital (ATSC) and analog (NTSC) terrestrial signals, as well as HD transmission. The dual silicon tuners provide picture-in-picture support and ability to watch and record two high-definition broadcasts simultaneously. Available right now for just $140.
Fujitsu finally released two new tablet PCs the U810 and T2010. Both devices feature built-in HSPA modem, 5.6 inch and 12.1 inch displays, 800MHz Intel A110 processor on the U810 and Intel Core 2 Duo 7600 processor on the T2010. U810 will cost you $999 and T2010 $1,499 plus additional $200 for HSPA modem.
Raidon has a new external storage drive STARAY S Series with number of different security measures that will keep your secret data from others. Among other there are software password protection on S1 model, fingerprint protection on the S2 model, and keypad-based password protection on the S3. Each drive provide “X-Zone” partition that is not visible without the key and “S-Code” technology that encrypts the data in the X-Zone. Raidon managed to create easy to mount enclosure without screws so usage shouldn’t be complicated. No words about prices yet.
