Right from Computex show comes new Medion’s mini laptop Akoya Mini. This pretty lappie features a 10-inch 1024 x 800 display, 80GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, and a 1.3-megapixel webcam. Stil it is not clear when it will be released in US but price will be about $630 bucks.
Acer is introducing new LCD monitor P224W as the world’s first 24-inch Full HD, 16:9 ratio LCD monitor. From the specs we can see 20,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, touch-sensitive on-screen display and a 2-millisecond gray-to-gray response time. And as it is usuall there are not info about prices and release date.
HP has a new version of gaming rig named Blackbird 002. The unit will be able to run Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 processor, dual NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT graphics cards, 4GB of Corsair Dominator RAM, 500GB SATA drive, 7.1-channel onboard HD audio, a 15-in-1 multicard reader, 900-watt power supply and an nForce SLI motherboard with RAID support. Starting configuration will be around $3,299 and you can get it from Amazon, NewEgg, BestBuy, Circuit City, J&R and Micro Center locations from June 29th.
