Santech has released a new laptop based on the Montevina platform. The X46 packs 15.4-inch WXGA+ display, Intel Core 2 Duo processor of choice, max 4GB of RAM, 2GB of Intel Turbo Memory, a 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics card, max 320GB hard drive and option to choose from DVD burner or Blu-ray drive. The X46 is expected to ship in Europe by the end of June for starting price around $1,000 dollars.
