Jpanese Mouse Computer has released new mini laptop for home market. The 10 inch LuvBook U100 features the same specs as MSI Wind, 1.6GHz Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, an 80GB hard drive, 1.3-megapixel webcam, and Windows XP. BUt the prices are higher than Wind, ¥59,800, or about $570.
After the presentation at Computex show the Medion has released Akoya Mini laptop. This little lappie is Atom powered along with 1GB of RAM, 80GB hard drive, 1.3MP webcam and usual 10 inch display with 1024 x 800 resolution. Expected retail price is $628 dollars.
