The HP has released new displays 24-inch LP2475w and 22-inch LP2275w. The LP2475w sport 1920 x 1200 resolution while LP2275w features 1680 x 1050. Both displays have 1000:1 contrast ratios, extra-bright panels and adjustable stands. You can get them in stores from next month and expected prices are between $459 and $649 dollars.

AMD continues to work on new ATI graphics and this time we have a chance to see two new models HD Radeon 4850 X2 and 4870 X2. Both GPUs are designed as top level models and feature two GPU chips on a 625 or 750MHz bus, respectively, with up to 2GB of 900MHz GDDR5 RAM. With paired processors achieved speed is over 20% better that competitive NVIDIA GTX 280 and able to match with dual 280 setup. Expected release date is somewhere in September and prices are $399 for 4850 X2 and $599 for 4870 X2.

Averatec is ready to unveil new fresh notebook. And we can expect machine similar as in Eee 1000 model with 10.2 inch screen and Atom processor, 120GB drive. The laptop will be available around Christmas for $399 - $499 price tag.

HP has rolled out new EliteBook laptops. The EliteBook 8730w sport 17 inch DreamColor display and a quad-core Intel processor, 8GB of RAM and NVIDIA’s 1GB Quadro FX graphics cards. The EliteBook 8530w and 8530p have smaller 15.4 inch display, 8GB of RAM, a Core 2 Duo chip and special unique HP anodized aluminum DuraCase. However there is no info about prices of those cuties.
