According to Madbox PC AMD has released couple low end graphic cards for users who doesn’t care about playing Crysis. The Radeon HD 3450 card is based on the RV620 core, running at 525MHz, with 256MB RAM and VGA plug to accompany the DisplayPort. The HD 3470, for $60, running as 600MHz and 512MB of RAM and DVI, while the HD 3650 based on the RV635 core, for $100, sports 800MHz with 512MB of RAM. This trio should be fine choice if you are cool with watching HD video and managing everyday tasks on your computer without any special gaming desires.
