We have already mentioned that AMD is preparing new Radeon HD 4870 graphics and seems that first unofficial pictures have leaked recently. As first impressions reports the Radeon HD 4870 X2 graphics card features two RV770-based GPU with option to have 2GB of GDDR5 memory. Some sources indicate that we can expect Radeon HD 4870 cards from mid August with $499 price tag.
